At the USXBL, we are committed to maintaining professional media conduct on and off the field. All accredited media members must agree to the following guidelines to ensure the safety, fairness, and integrity of the event:
- Do not speak to players or referees during an active point or within 20 seconds prior to a point starting.
- Media members must remain neutral—do not engage in or assist with team strategies or gameplay in any capacity.
- Footage and replays may not be shared with teams or referees without approval from the Head Referee.
- Avoid revealing player positions during a live point through movement or gestures.
- Do not cross the field within 30 seconds of a point beginning.
- If filming from the back line, you must remain there until the point is fully completed.
- Respect other media members—give space and maintain professional courtesy.
- Always yield to referees and players, prioritizing their movements and responsibilities.
- Any display of malice, bias, or misconduct will result in immediate removal without refund and may lead to a permanent ban from future events.
By accepting a USXBL media pass, you agree to abide by these terms.
Failure to follow this policy may result in the revocation of media access.
